I can honestly say you did that.......Great read with no cliffhangers or five extra parts. The ending was perfect......Jerome pissed me off how you go so hard to pursue someone to do them so wrong..... Wow! What a story! I loved this story from the beginning to end! Everything flowed and the twists and turns were mind-blowing! For this to be Author Vaneecia's first standalone, she did a fantastic job! I loved it!
Well written story about love, Loyalty, and Respect. A great flow with a little drama. It was great to read about a story realistic issues handled so well. First love, heartbreak, friendship, and romance. Job well done
I enjoyed this book. It was well written and it had substance. The characters were funny , sincere and well defined. Lucky and Val were like a slow jam and you could feel their connection float up from the pages. I would love more on Lucky... just one more story....good book.
This book was amazing it dealt with what i feel alot of young ladies go through now a days. Jerome being young and getting money thought he can do as he wanted when it came to the ladies. That may have been true until he found himself chasing after Val cause she was not trying to give him the time of day. Val was a young women determined yo make something of herself in the modeling world and was not going to let any one or anything get in the way of that.
After having Jerome chase her for so long he started to seem like a stalker,she gave in and went on a date with against her better judgement and her best friend Nyla. After the date an they became serious things started to change with them. She seemed too be in a relationship with herself because Jerome was to busy doing him and cheating. Val put HP with it o my for so long u til it came to him having a baby after making her get an abortion. No longer been able to deal with she let's their relative go and soon starts to date Lucky who treated her like a Queen only Jerome wouldn't let her go so Lucky had to show hi! He too was not letting Val go and dealt with him the way he saw fit.
I lived the fact that Val never let what she was going through make her give up on what she had set for herself. The support she had behind her was amazing and her and Nyla friendship was amazing. Nyla and Link made a good couple and I was also happy that everything worked out for them in regards to his crazy bitter baby momma.
I defiantly loved this book and recommend it as a must read.

That book was so good. It had me crying and laughing. And don't have to wait for the next. Don't get wrong I love a good series but some time I like a stand alone. And this one was a one on point boi.
I loved Battlefield of Love. This story followed the characters as they overcome adversity and found love. I am a little sad that this was a stand alone. I wish we could see more of Val and Lucky. I will definitely be looking for other books by this author.
